Stress-Relieving Ways to Indulge Post-Holiday




Now that the holidays are over, you’re probably looking forward to some well-deserved rest. You’ve made it past the season of giving, so now it’s time to look at how you can treat yourself and relieve all that stress. Check out these simple and easy ways to treat yourself, from items you can find at the grocery store to the revolutionary NeriumAD!



·         Slather on some coconut oil

This is especially great for those dry winter months. Natural, raw honey is more effective, and you don’t have to worry about preservatives that aren’t meant for your skin. You can also add your own customizations to a honey mask. Adding ½ teaspoon cinnamon can help treat blemishes. For extra moisture, you can add avocado or whole milk yogurt. Or if you have sensitive skin, you can try mixing in a little aloe vera gel.
